Why Online Training?
In webinars, video conferences, and remote meetings, we’re organizing and educating groups virtually. These online spaces can feel dull and ineffective, but they don’t have to! And they can’t be if our movements and organizations are to thrive. We need dynamic online spaces that engage all participants, allow for deep collaboration, adapt for learning moments, and keep people coming back. That’s why we’ve developed our new Online Training Series.
The Online Training Series offers innovative tools and techniques for maximizing the effectiveness of virtual groups. The Series includes four online public workshops, each focusing on a unique skill-set. These trainings can be taken individually, but the complete Series is a special opportunity for those wanting to get the most out of the tools and techniques we’ve developed.
“Designing Dynamic Spaces has totally shifted how I run online trainings. Training for Change introduced me to both frameworks and philosophies for creating highly experiential and impactful learning spaces online, and practical tools and resources for getting it done. My new philosophy: any activity you can do in-person involving small group, partner discussion, flipcharts, post-it notes, and most that involve moving around, you can do online. It’s enabled me to run highly interactive online workshops on topics from power mapping to election strategy.”
